Problem
Small salons mostly take bookings through Instagram messages and phone calls. Clients message to ask about prices, wait for a reply, then go back and forth to find a time. The owner is tied to the phone all day, and requests outside opening hours get lost.
Solution
Every treatment is listed with its duration and price. When booking, clients choose several treatments and see the total time and price instantly. The specialist list narrows to those who can do them, and the calendar shows real free slots that fit the total time. After confirming, the appointment goes into the client’s calendar in one tap.
